Float on the quiet waters of the Peñas Blancas River in an inflatable raft. Our expert safari guide will show you the beautiful flora and fauna of the region. See animals like sloths, monkeys, toucans, crocodiles, turtles, tropical birds, and if you are lucky, you will see a Jesus Christ lizard walk on water.

In the early afternoon you will go white-water rafting on the Balsa River. No experience is necessary for those ages 7 to 55. Know how to swim even though life jackets and helmets will be provided.

Take a walk through the rainforest below the Arenal Volcano to possibly see monkeys and a variety of birds ending with a refreshing beverage with a magnificent view of the volcano. With luck you will see the flowing lava of Costa Ricas most active volcano. To end this perfect day, soak in the hot springs with pools of various water temperatures.
